> Latest updates and improvements to Teamova
## More reliable timestamps everywhere
* **Onboarding nudge fires on time again.** A subtle clock drift was preventing the "Personne n'est encore là." hint from showing in fresh sessions when teammates hadn't joined yet — it now appears reliably for the first two minutes after creating a session.
* **Account deletion countdown is accurate.** The 90-day cooldown shown after you request account deletion now matches the wall-clock instant the request was filed, regardless of which region serves your traffic.
* **Invite and access links expire when they say they expire.** Guest links, magic-link codes, and password-reset emails compute their countdown from the same reference clock the server uses to validate them, so the "expires in X" hint stays trustworthy.
These improvements are silent — nothing in your day-to-day workflow changes — but they remove an entire class of "why didn't it show up?" surprises across the product.
## Guest Access
Join any Planning Poker session instantly — no account required.
* **Shareable links & short codes** — Hosts share a link or a 6-character code. Guests enter their email and join in seconds.
* **Vote as a guest** — Full voting experience with zero sign-up friction.
* **Smart onboarding for existing members** — Clicking a session link while logged in auto-joins you, including when the session lives in another of your organizations.
* **One-click upgrade after the session** — When the host archives, guests get a hero-moment modal to request a magic link. We email a one-click claim URL so they finish account creation and keep their session history.
* **Smart access control** — Guests see only what they need: the session and nothing else. Trying to reach any other page lands them on a contextual upgrade wall.
* **Lonely host nudge** — When you create a session and you're alone for the first two minutes, a friendly bottom overlay offers to copy the link or open the QR code in one click.
* **Cross-org friendly** — Click a teammate's link from a different organization? We handle the bridge: confirm screen, fast guest grant, your real avatar and identity preserved.
## Simplified Sign-up
* **SSO first** — Google, Microsoft and GitHub buttons above the email form.
* **Minimal form** — Email, password, and terms. Your name is collected later, only when it matters.
* **Progressive profile** — A subtle banner in your dashboard and a progress indicator on your account page invite you to complete your profile when you're ready — never blocking.
## Multi-Organization MCP Support
Connect Claude to multiple Teamova organizations at once with improved authorization flow.
* **Multi-org selection** — Choose which organizations Claude can access during authorization
* **Organization listing** — Ask Claude "list my organizations" to see authorized workspaces
* **Filter by organization** — Ask Claude to list sessions for a specific organization

## MCP Server Connection Fix
Fixed an issue where connecting Claude to Teamova via MCP would get stuck in a login loop instead of showing the authorization screen.

## MCP Server — Connect Teamova to AI Assistants
You can now connect your Teamova workspace to Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Ask your AI assistant about your Planning Poker sessions in natural language.
* **View sessions** — List, filter, and get detailed results from your Planning Poker sessions directly in your AI assistant
* **Create sessions** — Set up new Planning Poker sessions with guided prompts for deck type and team selection
* **Add stories** — Batch-add stories to existing sessions without leaving your AI conversation
* **Secure by design** — OAuth 2.1 authentication with fine-grained permissions ensures your data stays protected
## Fixes & Improvements
Comprehensive quality assurance pass addressing 22+ issues reported during manual testing.
* **Vote results stability** - Vote results and statistics now persist when switching between estimated stories, fixing a flickering issue caused by a WebSocket race condition
* **Vote results visibility** - Vote results panel is now properly hidden during active voting rounds until votes are revealed
* **Terms of Service modal** - No longer appears on legal pages if you haven't accepted the terms yet and you want to consult these pages
* **Story creation** - Form fields are properly reset when creating a new story

## GitLab & Linear Integrations
You can now connect GitLab and Linear alongside Jira to import stories and sync estimates directly from your project management tools.
* **GitLab integration** — Import issues from your GitLab projects and sync weight estimates back automatically
* **Linear integration** — Import issues from your Linear teams and sync estimation points seamlessly
* **Configurable Jira story points field** — If your Jira instance uses a custom field for story points, you can now specify the field ID in the connector settings
## Interface Improvements
Based on your feedback, we've improved several UI elements for a better experience.
* **Cookie banner repositioned** — The cookie consent notice now appears at the bottom-left, matching the convention used by most websites
* **Improved toast notifications** — Notifications now appear at the top-center of the screen for better visibility
* **Widget overlap fix** — The support chat button and feedback surveys no longer overlap when both are visible
## Improved Stability
The Planning Poker service now gracefully handles server wake-ups instead of crashing. If you experienced loading errors after the service was idle, those should no longer occur.
* **Better retry logic** - The dashboard gives the backend more time to wake up before showing an error
* **Performance improvements** - Page loading is faster
## Version Tracking
Teamova now displays the current version number in the user menu, so you always know which version you're running.

### Set a Backup Password
For added flexibility, you can now set a password even if you signed up with Google, Microsoft, or GitHub. Perfect for when you need an alternative sign-in method.

## Account Management
### Account Deletion
You have full control over your data. Request account deletion from your settings:
* **90-day grace period**: change your mind at any time and reactivate your account
* **Clear notification**: a banner shows the remaining time before permanent deletion
* **Data export**: download all your personal data before deletion
### Member Management
Administrators have new tools to manage their organization members:
* **Member archiving**: deactivate a member without permanently deleting them
* **Reactivation**: reinstate an archived member in one click
* **History**: view the list of inactive members and their deactivation dates
* **Scheduled deletion**: removed members are deleted after 90 days, with the option to cancel
### Organization Deletion
Administrators can schedule the deletion of their organization:
* **30-day grace period** before permanent deletion
* **Email notification** sent to all organization members
* **Cancellation possible** at any time during the grace period
* **Full export** of all organization data
## Simplified Sign-In
Teamova now remembers your last sign-in method. When you return to the login page, your usual provider button (Google, Microsoft, or GitHub) is highlighted so you can sign in faster.

* Fewer interruptions during Planning Poker sessions
